Christie vs Christine
My name ever being called as Christine instead of Christie. Even though I used to introduce myself as Chris - tie but I do not understand why when they see my spelling, they will call me Chris - tine. Some people would prefer calling me Chris. Is the pronunciation so difficult? What if the spelling is Christy or Kristy? Or Kristie instead? Hmmm... Maybe this is a new name for those old folks who never come across this name during their time. Recently, lots of people around my age used to call me Chris - tine... I'm really very PANTANG!!! Should I change the spelling? Or should I change my name?
